Golf in Emilia-Romagna
20 courses
From the plain to the first foothills, golf in Emilia-Romagna has three faces. On the coast, at Adriatic Golf Club Cervia, the Rosso runs through the pine forest, the Blu loops around the lakes and the Giallo imitates Scottish links.
In the hills near Bologna, at Monte San Pietro, the Golf Club Bologna describes itself as the first in the region; in the Trebbia Valley, the Croara hosted Italy's first Women's Open in 1987. At Salsomaggiore, three lakes come into play on five holes of the Carlo Quintelli course.
