Parma Golf & Country Club

The course is a 9-hole pitch & putt, a short format that the club rates as easy. It was designed by Alessandro Carrara and lies on gently rolling ground, with a lake on holes 4 and 9, the two points where water really comes into play.

The club opened in 2011 and openly targets beginners: it is meant as the ideal place for a first approach to golf, with accessible prices and quality services. For those looking for 18 holes, the club belongs to Emilia Golf Experience, the brand that also brings together Salso Golf, Golf La Rocca, Terre di Canossa and Reggio Golf.

The hours vary with the seasons: in winter from 9 am to 8 pm, in spring and autumn from 9 am to 8:30 pm, in summer from 9 am to 9 pm. Outside these hours the driving range is reserved for members.

The driving range has 40 bays, 18 of them covered and heated, and uses Toptracer technology, which traces the flight path of every ball. For the short game there is a 500-square-metre putting green, a 1,000-square-metre pitching green and a practice bunker.

After the round there is a restaurant with a cocktail bar, a summer swimming pool and a full pro shop.
