The Golf Druento course: 12 holes on a historic farmstead

Golf Druento grew out of an idea by Eugenio Gili, who wanted «golf for everyone» and found the right setting on a historic farmstead near the Reggia di Venaria Reale. He turned to his friend, the well-known designer Giorgio Ferraris, and the course, the club says, reflects the founder's wish: gripping but not frustrating, letting anyone enjoy themselves.

The course has 12 holes, par 47, over 3,810 metres. The 12-hole competitions, the club explains, count for handicap purposes, with the first nine holes counted. The course is free of pesticides and fungicides and the club has received the «Impegnati nel Verde» recognition.
