7 courses
Sardinia offers golf of coast and Mediterranean scrub. At Pevero, on the Costa Smeralda, Robert Trent Jones's course hosted the Italian Open in 1978, won by Dale Hayes with 293 strokes.
At Is Molas, in the south, Baldovino Dassù won in 1976 the first Italian Open played on the course. At Is Arenas you play among pines planted where there were once dunes up to 50 metres high, while at Puntaldia, in Gallura, the 6th hole looks sheer down onto the rocks. At Villasimius, the Tanka poses a challenge with a slope of 140 from the white tees.
