The Golf Club Saluzzo course: nine holes, two tees per hole

The Saluzzo course can be described by a simple formula: nine holes, with two par 5s, five par 4s and two par 3s, for a total of 36 strokes. The terrain is undulating but not tiring, framed by the Cottian Alps dominated by Monviso. According to the club, in summer the place benefits from the mild air arriving from the confluence of the Po valley and the Bronda valley.

For competitions and for those who want the long round, every hole has two tees: the yellow tees serve the first nine, the white ones the second. The result is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course, 6,005 metres long for men and 5,270 for women (red and blue tees).

The longest holes are two par 5s: the 1/10 (494 metres from the yellow tees, 504 from the white) and the 4/13 (496 and 506 metres). Among the par 3s the most demanding is the 9/18, at 172 metres from the yellow tees and 182 from the white.
