Golf Zerman has grown step by step: in 1993 the engineer Arcibaldo Bonaventura designed a practice ground with three holes, later extended to the present nine. Today, on the plain between Venice and Treviso, the club offers a layout that is flat only in appearance, defended by water, out of bounds and small greens.

The Golf Zerman course: nine flat holes, but not to be underestimated
The club was founded in 1993 from a design by the engineer Arcibaldo Bonaventura as a practice ground with a three-hole course, extended over time to today's nine. The competition layout is a par 35 over nine holes and par 70 over 18, which the club puts at 5,874 metres.
The terrain is flat, but the club warns that this apparent simplicity is deceptive: out of bounds, trees, water hazards and bunkers punish inaccurate shots, and the relatively small greens are hard to read.
The most distinctive holes: the 2nd is a par 5 with a dogleg to the left, a view restricted by trees and a steeply sloping green; the 4th, another par 5, has out of bounds down the whole left side; the 5th is a par 3 with two water hazards in front of the green; the 9th, a par 3, is the shortest on the course but has a difficult green guarded by three bunkers.
Playing at Golf Zerman: booking and fees
On its website the club points out that booking is compulsory, also for any second nine. The guest price list is not published online: green fees and access conditions must be requested from the secretary's office, on 041 457369 or 328 1942494.
For members, the 2025 fees start at 700 euros for the standard membership (560 for the weekday option), with reduced rates for young players up to 36, students, juniors and under-13s (25 euros); the FIG card is separate. For beginners there is an introductory offer at one euro a day.
The driving range is open to non-members for an entrance fee of 5 euros, after registering at the secretary's office. The club is at via Malombra 2/b, in Zerman: from the A27, leave at the Mogliano Veneto exit, about 1.5 km away, or arrive from the Terraglio, the road linking Treviso and Venice.
The club: floodlit driving range, school and competitions
The club's showpiece is the renovated, floodlit driving range: over 15,000 square metres with 21 bays, nine of them covered, shock-absorbing mats, an area of artificial and natural grass with target greens for the medium and short game, and a large practice bunker. The evening lighting is reserved for members.
The golf school has the instructors Marco Ceolin and Paolo Lionello, and there is a Youth Club. The club has a clubhouse with restaurant.
The calendar is full: the Summer Team Cup, the Prosecco Cup, the Play&Drink Dolomiti Beer & Costa Crociere Challenge, the Trofeo Golf Lunch, the legs of the AGIS circuit and the club championship with its Score d'Oro. The website also offers a Cruise&Golf package in collaboration with Costa Crociere.
