Golf in Aosta Valley

6 courses

In the Aosta Valley, golf is played at mountaineers' altitudes. The Golf Club del Cervino, at 2,050 metres, presents itself as Italy's highest 18-hole course: a par 69 designed in the early 1950s by Donald Harradine.

At Courmayeur, in the Val Ferret, the Dora river runs through the nine-hole course at the foot of Mont Blanc; at Aosta-Arsanières, at 1,050 metres, the club speaks of almost nine months of play a year. At Gressoney, after a spring of avalanches, the new holes opened on 21 August 2018.
