Forte Village Resort - Villa del Parco & Spa

Forte Village has no course of its own. Its golf is played at Is Molas Golf Club, which the resort describes as a neighbour, a short drive away. Reception handles the details, from booking tee times to arranging transfers; the practice range is also booked there, and clubs and carts can be hired.

Is Molas has 27 holes across three loops. The championship course, a par 72 opened in 1975, has hosted four Italian Opens, and Forte Village adds a European Volvo Masters to its record. For coaching there are lessons with qualified instructors for beginners and experienced players alike, plus regular clinics on technique and course strategy. According to the resort, golf access is offered to guests of its five- and four-star hotels and its 13 villas.

Forte Village is a self-contained resort town at Pula on Sardinia's south coast: eight hotels, 13 villas and 40 suites spread over 123 acres of gardens. Villa del Parco is one of the five-star properties, set in a centuries-old park, and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.

The Luxury Rooms, 30 to 42 m², fill the ground and first floors of a central villa, each with a garden-facing balcony or patio and space for two adults and two children. The ground-floor Bungalows measure 35 m² and add a private 25 m² veranda. Bathrooms have a tub and a separate shower.

Breakfast is served at the hotel's Patio and dinner at Belvedere, on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pine grove and the sea. Guests can also eat at Pineta, Cavalieri and Forte Grill at no extra charge, while Bellavista, Le Dune, the Brazilian and the Sardinian restaurants carry a supplement. Across the resort there are 21 restaurants.

The hotel connects directly to the Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa, where the thalassotherapy circuit runs through six seawater pools in a private tropical garden. Alongside massages there are aesthetic medicine, Ayurvedic treatments and a park for yoga, meditation and pilates.

Rooms are designed for families of four, and an extra bed can be added on request. The resort runs a children's club, Mario's Village, a nursery, the U-Club for teenagers, a children's restaurant and an aqua park. More than thirty sports academies, from tennis and sailing to padel and fencing, round out the programme.
